The Relish Tray Bistro & Speakeasy, located right on the square in downtown Baraboo, offers amazing small-batch, homemade recipes from soups and salads to tacos, burgers, fish, and even stunning desserts. Some of our customer favorites are the “Beast Burger” and “Beast Brat” made with 25% Wagyu beef, 25% Boar, 25% Elk, 25% Bison, and 100% Delicious! Try the Beast Brat “Johnsen Style” topped with bacon, onion, and relish.

Stop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or sneak down to the speakeasy and cozy up on the couch with your special someone and a glass of wine.
